United Cooperative has finished the installation of five new 65 tonne feed bins at their Beaver Dam feed mill in order to accomodate growing business.
As reported on FeedMachinery.com, late last month a vote was held for United Cooperative to merge with fellow coop, Hillsboro Farmers Cooperative. The merger will become final on the 1st of October.
Formed in 1936, United Cooperative is a full-service cooperative offering feed, grain, agronomy, and energy products and services to Wisconsin farmers and consumers.
United Cooperative has locations in Baraboo, Beaver Dam, Deerfield, Hartford, Horicon, Hustisford, Iron Ridge, Johnson Creek, Mayville, Pickett, Poynette, Prairie du Sac, Randolph, Reedsburg, Ripon, Rock Springs, Sauk City, South Beaver Dam, Watertown, and Wyocena.
