Younglove Construction, LLC has been awarded it's fouth contract by The Maschhoffs, LLC to carry out the expansion of their feed mill located in Buckeye, Iowa.
The expansion will consist of the company installing a second 40t/h pelleting line to the existing feed mill. Younglove will be responsible for the pelleting line's conceptual design, structural engineering, general construction and installation of the machinery.
Preperation work will begin on the project in late June, with the pellet mill and counterflow cooler expected to arrive at the site sometime in the middle of July.
The project is expected to be finished in September this year.
Previous to this, Younglove Construction had completed an upgrade to The Maschhoffs feed mill in Griggsville, Illinois. That feed mill also saw the installation of a second 40t/h pelleting line within their feed mill. Also included in this expansion was the installation of downstream fat coating above the existing loadout bins and upgrading the boiler to 500 bushels per hour.
