Nebraska sales of fed cattle in November totaled 380,000 head, which was 25 percent more than last year and 23 percent more than November 2004.
Nationwide, cattle and calves in feedlots for slaughter totaled 12 million head on Dec. 1, which was 2 percent more than the same date in 2005 and 6 percent above Dec. 1, 2004.
