Group of companies "Damate" has completed the bulk of the work on the construction of the feed mill in Nizhnelomovskie area (Penza region.) - Underground construction work has finished and building continues with the facility expected to finish on schedule. The new venture will fully meet its own increasing demand for feed from its growing poultry unit.
It is planned that the plant will be commissioned in September 2015, with the total cost of the project being 1.124 billion Rubles. The feed mill have a production capacity of up to 40 tonnes of feed per hour after the installation of two pelletizing plants.
The feed mill project in Nizhnelomovskie area allows for the future expansion of the plant capacity up to 72-80 t/h. Infrastructure for these changes will be created in the current building, so a further increase in production will not require a significant investment in the future.
"Construction of a modern feed mill is one of the most important factors in ensuring own feed for the growing production capacity for turkey at GC Damate. This will allow us to not depend on third-party suppliers of feed and control the quality of turkey meat at all stages of production," - said General Director of the "Damate" Rashid Khairov.
