The Scottish Farmer has reported that a new feed mill will built in Ayrshire, located in south-west Scotland.
A new joint venture between Coylton-based JC Fergusson and farmer's coop, Mole Valley Farmers, will see the construction of a fully integrated, innovative feed manufacturing business for ruminant livestock producers in South-west Scotland and North-west England.
The new feed mill is forecast to add competition to the local feed market as well as further across Scotland when it is up and running later this year.
