Charoen Pokphand Indonesia (CPI) is currently building a new PS breeding farm for broilers in Pangkep, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The company currently already operate two broiler PS breeding farms in the country (in Maros and Pangkep) along with a PS breeding farm for layers (in Pangkep).
The new bredding farm will help CPI to maximise the production capacity at its Makassar feed mill which opened earlier this year.
The feed mill has an production capacity of 30,000 tonnes per month and is equipped with 44,000 tonnes of storage space in its maize silos.
Feeds produced by the feed mill are distributed to all parts of Sulawesi as well as to Kalimantan and Papua.
