Sujaya Group, a vertically integrated broiler business based in Kalimantan, Indonesia, have planned their entrance into the feed business with the announcement of a new feed mill.
The Sujaya Group is a vertically integrated broiler business, with the company also having interests in layers and the production of egg trays, fertilizer and palm oil. Their entrance into the feed business will allow them to produce their own feeds, reducing costs and improving the efficiency of the runnings of their poultry business.
The company has chosen Chinese feed mill manufacturers Muyang as the supplier for the project.
The complete turn key feed mill ordered from Muyang, will have an production capacity of 360,000 tonnes per annum.
The purchase from Muyang includes all the feed production equipments, robotic palletizing lines, bulk storage silos and the steel structure of the main workshop. The feed mill will be equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment including Muyang's energy efficient hammer mill system as well as their poultry pellet mill with DDC conditioner.
